Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === This research was focused on the view points and feelings of the county/city educational inspectors on the job characteristics, personality quality and job satisfaction. It was used as references to the county/city educational inspectors and the administration of this country. We established the theoretical structure of this study through discussion of references, then used survey for census to collect the actual feedback from county/city educational inspectors and used as the basis for our analysis. This study disseminated a total of 120 questionnaires and return of 116 with 96.7% rate of return. Excluded void questionnaires and left with 115 valid. We used descriptive statistic methods and Pearson correlation for analysis. The result from the statistics and discussion of references formed the following conclusion and recommendations: 1. County/city educational inspectors had high level of interpersonal and communication skills. 2. As in the personality aspect, county/city educational inspectors had sociable characteristics. 3. County/city educational inspectors had high level of job satisfaction in self-fulfillment. 4. Personalities, job characteristics and job satisfaction of county/city educational inspectors were highly correlated. Recommendations are as follow: 1. For educational administrations: (1)Enhance the communication and interpersonal abilities of educational inspectors. (2)Establish fair and varied promotional channels. (3)Give the educational inspectors their lawful rights as to enhance the functions as inspectors. (4)Enhance the system of fostering and further education of county/city educational inspectors. (5)Reasonably adjust positions and pays of city/county educational inspectors. (6)Apply separated subjects and grades inspection system. (7)Confront the positioning problem with regard to city/county educational inspection by inspectors. 2. For the county/city educational inspectors: (1)Upheld the philosophy of honesty and sociable way of treating people. (2)A noble personality gains job satisfaction. (3)Updating professional skills to cope with all aspects of work as an educational inspector. (4)Establish the correct concepts of inspection.
