Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to explore the present situations, differences and related conditions of Industrial Vocational High Schools’knowledge management and school effectiveness Area. Finally, according to the results of analysis, suggestions are made for the schools’Teachers schools ,relevant administrative organizations, and academic research areas, etc. Questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. The samples were from Industrial Vocational High Schools in Taiwan Area. The sampling included 1000 examinees, and 730 examinees 73.0% of the sampling were considered valid. Frequency distribution and percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and posteriori comparisons, product-moment correlation, and stepwise regression analysis were used to calculate. The concilsion of this study shows: 1. Most schools have gradually implemented the knowledge management processes, there is still a need to improve their practice. 2. The difference of schools' background variables are different in the whole and each aspect of knowledge management and school effectiveness. 3. The professional development and work satisfaction of administration superintendents were low. 4. The attitude of school effectiveness between private school teachers and public school teachers were different. 5. The correlation between school knowledge management attitude and efficiency is significantly high and positive, which implies that the school knowledge management is constructive in terms of promoting school effectiveness. 6. The school knowledge management has a strong predictive power on school effectiveness. The indicator of “knowledge innovation” has the strongest predictive power on overall school effectiveness and its sub areas as well.
