So this paper uses the finite element MARC to analysis asymmetric rolling and process (the same diameter and different week speed, different diameter and the same week speed, different diameter and different week speed), curvature and rolling force for reduction under dry friction condition discuss and cortical reduction influence and different diameter. Consider variable entry angle to curvature of plate forming and effect of rolling force and different surface friction at up and down roller and different roller speed to rolling procedure influence.
