Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 土木工程研究所 === 93 === Abstract In the recent years, the change of global weather is unusual. This extraordinary phenomenon causes fluctuation of water level in the reservoir not to be normal. Also along with the standard of people's living promoted, the demand of water consumption increase abruptly. Therefore, the operation of the reservoir came to a crisis due to water shortage.Traditionally, the reservoir operated by human power to utilize the water resource. This kind of operation is not only time-consuming but also less precised. To efficiently utilize the water resource,an optimal operation model with the concept of multi-reservoirs union is proposed in this research. The proposed operation model coordinates the water sources from both the up and down stream of the reservoirs.Through the process of optimization analysis, the most suitable water supply and water demand are obtained on the standpoint of reservoir administrator.Considering both the actual operational conditions and the limited water supply, the network-flow skill is used to develop an optimal operation model. The coorperation of several resvoirs is able to achieve the goal of the less penalty cost.To test the efficiency of the proposed model, the mathematical software LINGO is applied by connecting several reservoirs in Taiwan for demonstration. From both the results and the solution efficiency, the proposed model shows its superiority to the present one.
