| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院高階主管管理碩士學程 === 93 === The methodology of this thesis is to use the Balanced Scorecard, the best management tool, to exam existing values and future goals of the Society of Wilderness (so-called SOW), the largest non-profit-making environment protection organization in Taiwan. By applying the methodology, we can effectively reinforce strategies in four perspectives: Customer, Internal , Learning and Growth, and Financial. By using this methodology, we can figure out the mission, gather up the resources, and create the excellent contribution！
The thesis analyzes the current situations of SOW by the methods of Balance Scorecard; concludes the most important suggestions for the organization, and draws a made-to-measure strategy map to firm up its directions to reach its goals.
