Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 機械工程系所 === 93 === Scratchitti on the glasses of pubic utilities has become a common but serious problem in the United States, Europe, and Australia. In order to improve this problem, a new concept of the fire polishing method, using that characteristics of glass change with temperature, controls the temperature profile of the glass to “heal” the scratches due to surface tension and its own flow ability, which achieves the goal of removing scratches. The thesis stresses on the point of building the structure of models of FEM method, and designs the experiment to assist the analysis, coming out the optimization of control of the fire polishing method.
