Furthermore it explores whether hot spring bathes may soothe the mental stress or not and then a Taiwan-made RYODORAKU bio-energy detection system (Me-10 meridian energy analysis system) to analyze the variation of human-body RYODORAKU bio-energy and then it explores the effect on RYODORAKU and bio-energy as regards to hot springs. The findings of statistic analysis shows that after a hot bath, HF composition in the hot spring group is remarkably higher than that in the control group and LH/HF ratio is remarkably lower than that of the control group. Since “HP composition” stands for “the activity of the parasympathetic nerve” and “LH/HP ratio” stands for “the activity of the sympathetic nerve”. The findings of the research, consequently, show that hot spring bath has the function of adjusting cardiac autonomic nervous, enabling to decrease the activity of the sympathetic nerve and increase the activity of the parasympathetic nerve. With regards to the results of the RYODORAKU bio-energy test, the bio-energy value and average bio-energy value of the rear test of the small intestines meridian, triple energizer meridian and large intestine meridian are on the increase more remarkably than that of the prior test; however, there is no any variation in the control group. Since “ the elevation of bio-energy value” stands for “ functional sublimation”. Meanwhile, “ the elevation of average bio-energy value” stands for “ hyperfunction of the whole vitality in human body”. As a result, the research concludes that the hot spring bath is beneficial for relieving metal stress, elevating human vitality and energy and enhancing digestion and absorption of intestines and stomach. none 黃新作 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW
