Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 教育政策與行政學系 === 93 === A Study of the Perceptions about the Distribution and Implementation of Educational Expenditures among School Administrators in Chang Hua County Abstract This is a study of the perceptions about the distribution and implementation of educational expenditures among school administrators in Chang Hua County. The variables of school administrators’ backgrounds were used to analyze their perceptions towards the financial crisis management of school or county government. Tool: The questionnaire was designed by the references of documents and survey research. Conclusion: 1. Majority of the issues (school administrators) were positive of the distribution and implementation of school expenditures. 2. Majority of the issues (school administrators) were positive of the distribution and implementation of county government expenditures. 3. Majority of the issues (school administrators) were positive of the educational financial crisis management. 4. There’s evident difference between some background variables and distribution & implementation of educational expenditures. 5. The increase of school financial aid were recommended of the government. Recommendation: A. To the Education Administrative Organizations: 1. The Central Government should be in charge of the personnel expense of elementary education. 2. The local education development fund should be strengthened in operation. 3. The function of local government Board of Education should be strengthened. 4. The increase of educational financial aid. 5. To increase the flexibility of the distribution and implementation of the school expenditures. 6. To accept the wide variety of suggestions of how to tap new resources and economize on expense. B. To School Administration: 1.To fully utilize school facility and broaden sources of income (rentals). 2.To strengthen the financial management and enlarge the efficiency of the expenditures.
