As a result of compared with Hetero-Junction FET and CMOS technologies, The HJ-FET has better noise and linearity properties thus, the RF receiver front-end circuits of Satellite Digital Audio Radio System of S-Band were achieved the stable and noise figure is 0.74dB,power gain is 36.7dB and OIP3 is about 30dBm by using HJ-FET, Ansoft Designer simulation tools; To ensure the signal can be detected effectively, the noise characteristics must be limited thus, the low noise amplifiers was the important one of RF receiver front-end circuits, because the noise figure of receiver was dominated by noise figure of low noise amplifiers. For sufficient gain and low noise property of amplifiers,it can makes sure there is a best noise property with RF receiver thus, to design a low noise property amplifiers is very important for a RF receiver. In this thesis, the single stage amplifier of RF receiver front-end circuit was completed by feedback architecture and then we discuss performances for every single stage amplifiers. The RF receiver front-end circuit was completed by single stage low noise amplifiers and we also discuss designing low noise circuits by different devices and replacing these amplifiers at different level stages of receiver to affect the system performances and complete the low noise amplifier design.
