In this study, the measurement directly input/output data “Applied System Identifition “ a book in AutoRegressive with eXogeneous (ARX) variable model by Jer-Nan Juang to establish Markov parameters but ARX is in having nonlineavity interference or high level systems there willing be non-system mode creation, so The minimum realization by Ho/Kalman and Singular value decomposition by Kung at 1970 identified equivalent system matrices. Finally, the similar transformation method transform the identified equivalent system matrices into the physical equivalent system matrices is developed to determine the mass, stiffness and damping matrices.
For identifying function and feasibilities of textual study method, difference with the numerical examples of 1DOF, 3DOF to explain whole process of the method of identification, inquired into the noise single interference finally under to the influence and the feasibility of this method.
