It is a rapid and obvious trend that a company has to develop its own competitive advantages and to incur higher risks. However, the goal for a corporation’s existence relies on a professional management team to conduct operating performance, to form company culture, to sustain growth, to create shareholders’ benefits, as well as to maximize company value.  An enterprise establishes its sustainable competitive advantages by seizing key success elements of the industry. However at the same time, it reacts for the severe global competition and focuses on enhancing its competitive capability. In such a tough environment, the enterprise shall start from its own competitive advantages, then apply and organize internal and external resources effectively to further establish the core of competition, as well as to create value chain of core business. The corporation advantages will enhance the professional management team to become the essential role for future competition under the industrial adjustment and interaction with domestic and international research institutes.  The research intends to achieve the following goals: 1. Understand the enterprise mission and the task of the case. 2. Understand the core enterprise concept of the case. 3. Understand the strategy, the enterprise vision and the planning of the case. 4. Analyze the key elements to achieve the enterprise vision of the case. 5. Analyze the core culture value to achieve the enterprise vision of the case. 6. Analyze the key bottlenecks of the case. 7. Analyze the core competitive advantages to achieve the enterprise vision of the case. 8. Analyze the strategic conception to achieve the enterprise of the case. 9. Suggest the future organizational position of the case.  Based on the foreseeing viewpoints, through the strategic organizational position, the organization shall review, redesign and form the team consensus. The organization shall further integrate strategies to emphasize the core value of the company, to enhance the competitive advantages, to conduct the operational effectiveness in order to create enterprise values.
