We utilize the featured BBS on the Internet as a tool for medical college faculty and students to exchange their information with one another. In addition, due to its advantageous characteristics of real time stream and non-spatial limitation, students can use the WebBBS as a mechanism to do the jobs such as initiative discussion, issue post, homework assignment, peer review, information transportation, and data retrieval in order to help them quickly access new information and enhance the depth of their new knowledge.  The system displayed diversely in words, images and voices by combining with multi-media. This arrangement makes it a convenient tool for users to input information and extend the traditional instruction off the classroom to the Internet world. With an anonymous user ID, students, especially those who have little time or are shy of talking in public, can post their opinions, share their assignments or what they have learned, and view other classmates’ works through this system.
