Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 93 === The purpose of this thesis is to study the power flow of wound rotor wind induction generators (WIG) connected to a power system. The research of the thesis is to determine the influence of the machine output power subject to the variations of external rotor impedance of the studied WIG under steady-state conditions. A series of suitable mathematical formulas for the analyses of WIG are discussed and reformed into novel characteristic power circles on the complex plane. The characteristic power circles are powerful tools for understanding the power flow of WIG. One reason for varying rotor impedance of the studied WIG is to change the value of slip. The influence caused by wind speed and the associated slip of WIG on the power flow is examined. To understand the relationship between the slip of the studied WIG and power flow of the power system to which the WIG is connected, suitable models and mathematical formulas are also presented and examined.
