Based on the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to test the relationships among compatibility, complexity, relative advantage, cost, environmental characteristics, organizational characteristics, attitude towards the RFID, and use intention. The findings indicate that relative advantage and environmental characteristics are important factors in explaining respondents’ attitudes towards the RFID, while cost factor has a negative effect on attitudes towards the RFID. In addition, the results indicate that attitude towards the RFID and organization characteristics such as firm size positively influence respondents’ use intention. However, the effects of compatibility, complexity, and firm size on attitude towards the RFID were not supported in this study. Theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed. Kai-Sheng Kao Chin-Shun Lu 高凱聲 呂錦山 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW |
