It is wide at present what has been praised highly for international e-Learning industry can be regarded as ADL and organize SCORM standard made, but because the design that the procedure of Sequencing and Navigation controls is quite complicated, usually need expert who unserstand SCORM 2004 SN familiar write control code . This is mainly designed one grows up continuously , adjusts and supports many people's intelligent regular mechanism of management automatically, facilitating the teacher or the administrator use, this mechanism can accord with the learner's behavior information , to judge the study strategy suitable for the learner , the study making every learner more efficient, make network teaching quality raise , up to the most heavy function.
