Their defects are too expensive and poor operation effect. In this thesis, we try design the digital aircraft instrument to join the new avionic data bus system. In this thesis, the proposed digital aircraft instrument is designed to meet ultralight aircraft demands. The proposed data bus system is called hybrid data bus (HDB), which is designed and fabricated for test as a preliminary solution. In addition to data bus system, a virtual flight instrument with geographic information system (GIS) is integrated into cockpit display together with mobile communication surveillance for low altitude flight.
