However, it is not easy for consumers to find suitable experts to help. Certification system could provide consumers a professional reference. This research is based on existed researches and focus on certification label assistant to evaluation models of choosing residence. Through experts’ questionnaire and analyzing the framework of evaluation models of choosing residence, this research marshaled some problems in the execution of certification label of residence. In order to complete the evaluation factors of choosing residence suggested by experts, this research explores new certification labels or complete the current certification labels. And establishing an evaluation system by certification labels to evaluate the factors of choosing residence. This research suggest that set up an independent certification organization before complete certification labels. This certification organization provides consumers professional suggestions and helps them evaluating residence. 　This research picks up domestic certification labels about residence, and analyzes the investigation of experts’ opinions. The present research proposes countermeasures in many parts. First, over 70﹪experts consider that all certification labels take advantage of quality of residence. Second, over 70﹪experts consider that all certification labels could bring into the conference of choosing residence. Third, over 70﹪experts don’t consider that all certification labels have good management after taking the certification labels. In conclusion, all certification labels could bring into the conference of choosing residence. But all certification labels should have better management after taking the certification labels. 　This research suggests that certification labels could take advantage of evaluation model of choosing residence. The certification labels could help consumers evaluate the evaluating factors that got certification labels or not. Through evaluating different degrees, certification labels could help consumers choosing residence by “the model of choosing residence” and “the model of evaluating residence”. The evaluation model should be adjusted or expanded by new certification labels and new certification organization.
