Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系碩博士班 === 93 === This research’s motive begins with the practicability of websites of school departments. These websites are one of the important sources of providing information, so the information appropriateness, usefulness, and availability are important elements in user satisfaction and incentive of reuse. The purpose of this study is to analyze departmental ‘products’ and ‘virtual value’, by incorporating the internet network marketing method against different users. Departmental website’s function and its information content will be discussed, and the fundamentals of departmental website planning and design will be structured. It is total products theory, virtual value and internet network marketing that documents the foundation of this study. The approach is to adopt case studies – Multi-case Analysis, including schools such as the National Cheng Kung University department of business administration, National Taiwan University department and graduate institute of business administration, National Cheng Chi University department of business administration, Yuan Ze department of business administration and others department of business administration. Through integrating documents and materials, website's information content and interviews with the experts, product items and virtual value items can be summarized for the reference of National Cheng Kung University Department of Business Administration’s future website design.
