Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業與資訊管理學系碩博士班 === 93 === This thesis considers a decentralized supply chain system consisting of one OEM, one manufacturer, and one distributor in a single-period model. The distributor meets price-sensitive random demand of a product with a short life cycle. The manufacturer receives the order from the distributor, and outsources a portion of production to the OEM, who has a supply uncertainty problem. The aim of the thesis is to find a coordination mechanism that allows the supply chain members to gain more profit. We develop each member's optimal pricing and ordering policies in the absence of coordination, and determine the coordinated policies. Then, we compare the performance of the policies in the presence and absence of coordination, analyze the influence of the model parameters on the policies, and explore the managerial insights for the members in the supply chain.
