| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 93 === In the communications and transportation of Taiwan, because the national income is raised. medium and small-scale transportation grows up fast ,and capacity in road system close to fully already ,so develop mass transport must to be make for suppress medium and small-scale transportation to grow up and it has already become the government and solved the traffic problem and essential method to give consideration to environmental protection, and the development mass rapid transport in the district with the track especially. It can be seen mass rapid transport and track transport will become important and convenient taking tools in the future for compatriots.
This research is to make analysis discussion to go on by systematic safety management to track and this research actually to transport the base plate for safety management of TRTC , it already having base plate to test and analysis on the discussion actually, Base plate is systemic package . Systematic optimization department consider inherent technological function , manufacturing cost , construction or time spend when making, and the external user's acceptance.
If safety rule of base plate is like through the systematic optimization .it’s product can be accepted for owner , contractor , manufacturer and the people. Also increases benefit in purchase and maintain for the track transport. so the purpose of this research can be consulted with offering the safe standard management of base plate of the track .and hope to make use of and analyse the way in preventing in accident, then can catch one of the factor of the safety management as probing into the track in the future by the way.
