Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 93 === Abstract  In the face of the momentous change in military training focus, military training will be changed to a selective course rather than a required course and be classified as general knowledge course. Therefore, the method and content of instruction will be a critical factor to determine effectiveness and value of military training instructors.  In this research, we explore the application of combining military training with E-learning techniques as the basis of teaching improvements in the future. We use internet applications to provide a teaching platform for military training; it will be an alternative method of learning. Using the E-learning platform, the students can take a course anytime and anywhere; thereby breaking through the restrictions of traditional learning techniques.  We use the ASP.net application and Microsoft SQL Server to build an e-leaning platform for the IIS Web Server. To ensure compatibility in different Learning Management Systems, our materials conform to the national standard of SCORM. We provide functions for the e-leaning course such as course queries, materials download and online tests. In addition, the students may use the internet browser to view multimedia materials using the stream software.  Using a combination of traditional teaching and computer-aided methods, can create a convenient and effective learning environment as well as lighten the workload of teachers’ administrative tasks. Therefore teachers will have more time to enhance the quality of their teaching, result in a better learning environment.
