It is a main goal for the government as well as the photo-electronic maker to persuade Taiwan as a largest TFT-LCD supplier in the world. Some related development strategies and policies have been planned to promote the high-technology skill of electronic industry. Therefore, the production process, research and development, continuous improvement and innovation on the electronic industry are encouraged. Meanwhile, the production cycle time shortering, cost reducing and quality of service are also required to enhance the management.  This study focuses on the improvement for an automated production process with computer-based integration manufacture. We propose the new auto dispatch concept and flow process in manufacturing execution system. A case study site on a TFT-LCD modeling plant was achieved. We collect and analyze the experimental data from the modeling machine-set. After understanding its operation procedure ,we arrange and simplify the operation steps orderly and reasonably with the process method analysis for production efficiency. Especially ,in feeding the raw-material and half-product into machine-set, the designed process control application softuare is helpful and useful to run the production process. We integrate some department technologies including manufacture inventory, computer automation and industry engineering to implement the designed auto dispatch system. It has been introduced and tested to the production process of TFT-LCD modeling. Evidently, the labor cost and working pressure are reduced.
