Enterprises who search for survival always implant cost reduction to refreshing their competitiveness and apply their globalization activity as main strategy. To take a bigger bite, enterprises need to utilize all the global resources to the utmost and using most available production sites worldwide. Therefore, a best solution for the order distribution in different production sites become a tough challenge for the enterprises. This case study is using “Monte carlo simulation” system to simulating the example of a sewing machine company orders that distributing to it’s 3 different production sites in China, Taiwan & Thailand to search the best solution of such order distribution in three production sites.
