And then analyzes and discusses the results with the figures drawn in the method of Dimensional analysis. After studying the analysis, it is found that the aerial power transmission line leading wire will be effected by the wind force to have itself side lurch, and the side lurch quantity has something to do with the conditions such as the characteristics, length and tension of the leading wire etc., and we also discover at the same time that it exits the wire tension minimum value whether the aerial power transmission line affected by blowing wind or not. The research result also reveals that the height of the wind force and the pitch of the two end bearing spots both effect the value of . The value of will increase because the pitch of two end bearing spots of the leading wire is higher, and when the height of the wind force is stronger, the value of will increase, too. Therefore, is not a steady value. It increases immediately because of the pitch of two end bearing spots of the leading wire and the height of the wind force.
