碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學研究所 === 93 === The aim of this thesis is to propose a mechanism that enables a learner to roam among different learning management systems, accomplishes content sharing, and allows entering to any learning management system over the Internet. We adopt ADL SCORM Sample Run-Time Environment for the learning management system and Web Services for the information exchanges among different learning management systems to implement our system. Our main contribution is in expanding the application scope of SCORM and in realizing a distributed learning management. Once a learner has registered in any learning management system, he can easily use the resources of the remote system, and his study records will be integratedly managed.
