The most heat sensitive lines were 'C02677', 'C00503', and 'C01226' with flower bud retention period for only 2.64, 2.47, and 2.4 days respectively. In pollen vitro germination, only 6 pepper lines 'C01944A', 'C00642', 'C02221A', 'C00309', 'C01713', 'C00662B' could be germinated in vitro under 35℃。Leaf disc electric leakage rate was the highest in 'C02677' for 75% and lowest 'C01944A', 'C00641', 'C00309', and 'C01052' for about 25% under 50℃. Conclude all the experiments, the most stable heat tolerance line was 'C00309' and heat sensitive line was 'C02677'.
