Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系 === 93 === This paper investigates the setups of the modulus and the probability models of live loads using on the reinforced concrete building during construction based on the survey of the construction live load data. Among the live load survey of various constructions, office and grouped residence buildings are chosen to be the objects of this study. Since the headroom of these structures is usually 3-4 meters, the formwork support systems can be mainly formed with “adjustable steel shoring”. The investigation is conducted in two stages: before placed and after placed fresh concrete. Before placed fresh concrete, the main live load is reinforcing bars, of which the weight is calculated with the counting method. After placed fresh concrete, the main live load is reinforcing bars and formwork materials, of which the weight is calculated with scales by directly measuring the weight of each article. After investigation, the load distribution is modularized to make it more representative. In developing probability models with the results of the investigation of live load data, the study probes into five probability models – the normal distribution, lognormal distribution, exponential distribution, extreme Type I distribution, and extreme Type II distribution – and conducts a fitness test – K-S test. The results of this study indicate that the live load data before placed fresh concrete are better described with the exponential distribution model, while the live load data after placed fresh concrete are better described with the extreme Type II distribution model. By combining the results of the study and the probability models of construction structures, the load factor and strength reduction factor necessary for the design of construction structures will be established in future.
