The flow is easy to attack the surfaces of hydraulic structures by abrasion and erosion and results in a surface damage and shortening of the service life of structures. To improve these unfavorable situations it is urgent to develop a material having good abrasion resistance and workability for adopting as the surface material of hydraulic structures. The purpose of this investigation is to study the properties of epoxy mortar and high performance concrete (HPC) used as overlay-repaired materials of hydraulic structure. Test results show that the early strength, stiffness, and abrasion erosion resistance of epoxy mortar is better than the normal concrete. But the thermal coefficient of epoxy mortar is about 6 times to concrete, it probably cause the binding failure between epoxy mortar and concrete. On the other hand, using the high performance concrete as overlay-repaired materials may ignore the difference of deformation at the interface of new and old concrete. However, the quality control by construction significantly affects the application of HPC materials. Keywords: Abrasion, overlay-repaired materials, epoxy mortar, high performance concrete(HPC) Yen,Tsong 顏聰 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 145 zh-TW
