And distribution center plays the linking roles among the suppliers and customers. Due to cost and optional efficiency concerns, Third Party Logistics (3PL) takes the roles of corporate logistics, instead of handled by oneself. While reviewing on the operations of distribution center, the related warehousing operations are really critical important for time, cost and operational complexity. Therefore, to establish a systematic productivity model has been to be an urgent problem. This thesis will actually implementing a performance evaluation model, it is a necessary job to judge whether the performance of an organization is under good achievements, and can promote the overall performance quality of corporate. We will apply Delphi method, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and experts’group decision making, for setting up evaluation structure model and criteria weights, which can measure the total performance for warehousing of distribution center in moderate accuracy, and can also enhance the total enterprises competitiveness. Performance evaluation can show the overall performance of an organization, and away from its expecting goal, the evaluation results of each criterion will lead the direction to further improvements, thus can conduct the total competition of corporate. The investigation results of this thesis can provide a concrete and feasible performance evaluation model for warehousing of distribution center.
