Through single subject in the specific context, this study traced the sequences and processes of events, in order to clarify some myths and provide reference for future research. The study adopted the purposive sampling method to select the participant family as the sample, and collected data of the case by way of multiple approaches, including in-depth interview, observation, and temperament scale for young children. The results are as follows: 1. The compatibility of stability and variety is the major concerns while thinking about children temperament. 2. The interaction between children’s temperament and care-giver’s reaction affect the intensity of temperament. 3. Children’s temperament arises and is constructed during social interaction. 4. Temperament development is more effectively influenced by nurture than nature. Like multiple intelligences, temperament characteristics coexist and coordinate. As long as temperament acquires needed assistance and guidance and develops with his/her own characteristic, it tends to have a positive temperament development; and there will be a more joyful child-parent relationship that comes along with that. Based on the findings, this research suggests that the following topics are worthy of doing future study. 1. Establish children temperament database. 2. Continue to do a follow-up research 3.
