| Summary: | 碩士 === 明道管理學院 === 管理研究所 === 93 === The subjects of this study are 354 the current situation of tax collection personnel in CHANGHUA. The tools of research include “Questionnaire on the Current Situation and Constraint Factors of tax collection personnel in CHANGHUA’ Participation in Leisure Activities” developed by the author, and the data collected have been processed with the statistics software SPSS 10.0 for Windows. The current situation of the collector participation in leisure activities are described by frequencies of occurrence, and the impeding factors are described by the mean numbers. Level of significance is taken to be α＝.05 one-way ANOVA of t-test for the examination of significant variance of leisure participation with respect to various population variables. The main results are:
1. The principle leisure activity is watching TV, followed by “hearing music and radio”, and do some housekeeping third place.
2. The constraint factors to leisure activities are in their order of significance: 1) attendance2) factor of security, 3) lack of time, 4) factor of weather。
3. Among the population variables, sex、civil state、work unit、workplace、A show significant variance for the current situation.
4. Among the population variables, tax collectors of CHANGHUA, different sex、age、civil state、yearly salary、workplace、A show significant variance for constraint factors to participation of leisure activities.
5. Among the population variables, age、yearly salary、place、career on leisure show significant variance for constraint factors to impeding factors to participation of leisure activities.
6. Among the different leisure activities variable for the current situation, weekly participation time and monthly average expenditure show significant variance for constraint factors to constraint factors to participation of leisure activities.
