The successive utilization of e-business strategy, such as MIS, DSS, MRP and ERP, causes tremendous benefits for the business management, and as such, the results of the integration reveal more rapid paces. Under the foreseeable near future, the competitiveness of business enterprises will be considered as the vital factors of success, in the levels of the management, the research and development, the strategic operations as well as in the innovation of industrial productivity. The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), which is the timely integrated form of the business operations and a automation processes, will be widely used in assisting the planning tasks of enterprises for utilizing all related resources. Besides, with the applications of the electronic commerce and the vigorous development of electronic business, the ERP system have already considered as one of the core business strategic applications/ tools. Due to the lack of available cases of the research work on the implemented ERP system, specially from the viewpoints of the Taiwanese enterprises, this report focuses on the relative influence on enterprise’s stock prices, and then reveals the follow-up objective scientific evidences. Therefore, the goals of this research are trying to validate the significance and the effects between confirmation models and realistic observations. Meanwhile, through the study of the comparison between traditional and innovated enterprises, author points out various differences of stock prices changes are affected by respective methods of what ERP implementation.
