The competition between companies is not maker to maker any more, but expends to between whole supply chains. The ability of enterprise will depend on the weakest partner in the supply chain. Therefore, the activity to integrate supply chain is most important for reaching the target, which is improving efficiency and enhancing competition. Supply chain is a complex network, including different facilities, different companies and conflicted objectives. It is so difficult to try to organize and to be an integrated network by the same way in integrating internal functions. In order to increase the company competition and working for enhancing supply chain integrated under the supply chain competition, it will be affected by any measure executed within enterprise. This study subjected the manufacturer in Taiwan area to investigate the degree of supply chain integrated and related variables including factors “Competition Strategy”, “Top Management Support” and “Customer Oriented” etc. Researching “Supply Chain Integrated”, and which composed variables, including “Process and Function Integrated” company inside, which can shorter process time and quickly response to reduce quality issue; “Technology and Function Integrated” and “Partnership Integrated” on the company outside, which information sharing and resource integrated for enhancing response time. From questionnaire data and analysis result, we can find out if the enterprise competitive strategy adopts “Cost Leading Strategy”, it will obviously affect the degree of “Process and Function Integrated”. If the strategy adopts “Different Strategy”, it will also affect the “Technology and Function Integrated”, “Partnership Integrated”. The higher degree in “Top Management Support” and “Customer-Oriented”, the more effect in “Process and Function Integrated”, “Technology and Function Integrated”, and “Partnership Integrated”.
