The study aims to the teachers who teach tourism at the vocational school and want to discuss the topics as below: 1. Have a general idea of their working environment and situation. 2. Know how they feel about the present TVE policy. 3. To find the influences about their work and their feeling. 4. To discuss their coping strategies 5. To promote their working confirmation and to stable their teaching efficiency through this study. This study uses In-depth Interview to collect six samples, and the results present as below: A. About the tourism teacher’s working predicaments: 1. The changing of the teacher’s distribution. 2. The working hours extremely different. 3. The burden of administration becomes heavy. 4. The professional talents transfer their career. B. The teacher’s psychological reactions as below: 1. Lack of the working value, and lack strength. 2. Have the negative thinking. 3. Full of question about the future. 4. Lose self- confident. C. About the teacher’s coping strategies as below: 1. To strengthen the self ability. 2. To diversify the self ability and talent. 3.
