Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光研究所碩士在職專班 === 93 === ii ABSTRACT This research was to study the impacts of skill tests on learning behaviors of vocational high school students majoring Food and Beverage Management in Taiwan. A questionnaire test was conducted to test the interactions between skill tests with the learning behavior, attitude and environment of junior and senior vocational high school students from Taipei County, Taiwan. It was found from the returning questionnaires that self-esteem was the most important motivation for learning, though students also considered obtaining professional licenses would be helpful to their career in the future. However, the panel student’sattitudes to either academic or practical examinations were equal seriously. Regarding the learning environment, panel students considered the most important factor was the influence of school. Nevertheless, class, teacher, and parents were expected to be improved regarding this
