Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 風險管理與統計資訊研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research is to understand the relation between the work pressure and work satisfaction for college teachers. Understand the difference in different four factors. Those four factors are population background, school character, work pressure, work satisfaction. Discuss the relation for these four factors. And to construct the model about the work pressure for college teacher in Taiwan region.The sample group was taken from college in Taiwan using Stratified Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaires were administered to 10000 teachers. The total samples are 416. And 396 questionnaires were completed which represented a response rate of 3.96 percent. The data was analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, reliability test, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation , Structural equation modeling using computer program SPSS for windows 10.0 and Lisrel for windows 8.54. The Conclusion shows that there was produced job stress no significant differences about teacher’s work for college teacher in Taiwan region. But it has negative correlation between job satisfaction and job stress. Based on the conclusion of this study ,several recommendations are made to assist the educational administrators ,the teacher educators to understand the condition and future schemes in working stress and work satisfaction for college teachers.
