碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 93 === Nowadays, in the changeable and complex, competitive environment, the enterprises mostly use the budget management to plan, control and evaluate the benefit of enterprise performance and, therefore, it could achieve the strategic goal under limited resources and full arrangements. In the intensive competition environment, how to conduct the complex budget system in the enterprise operation is becoming the most important goal of the enterprise in implementing its budget control system. Moreover, the enterprise will set up many special projects by means of systematically forecasting business managerial activities in order to achieve short-term, medium-term and long-term goal. It will urge all participant members of the special projects to achieve the enterprise aim under the recognition of budget goal. The purpose of this research is to study the relationship matrix of personality and behavior of leader in participating budgeting under good performance model. The method this research uses is case study. Selecting four administrators and eight project members from four different type projects with different degree participation from a foreign insurance company in Taiwan to interview. In addition, with in-depth interview to reduce the volatility, expecting that different type personality and different type behavior of administrators match. According to this research, strategy and leadership project management style are better in internal personality characteristics; supporting and passive project management style are better in external personality characteristics. Successful leadership personality is in strategy and supporting project management; efficiency personality is in leadership project management style; technology personality is in passive project management style.
