Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 93 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of big five personality model, job performance to view the tourism guide’s customer orientation as the intermediary variable, and the relationship on big five personality factor and job performance, customer orientation and job performance, big five personality factor and job performance is disturbed by work autonomy.
The major six findings of this study are:1.The relationships on four based personality(extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness)and customer orientation are disturbed by needs dimension and enjoyment dimension of customer orientation.2.The interactive effect between work method autonomy and stability has positive effects on job performance.3.The interactive effects between work criteria autonomy and needs dimension, enjoyment dimension both have positive effects on job performance.4.The interactive effects between consciousness and work method autonomy, consciousness and work scheduling autonomy, consciousness and work criteria autonomy both have positive effects on needs dimension.5.The interactive effect between openness and work method autonomy has negative effect on needs dimension.6.The interactive effect between agreeableness and work criteria autonomy has positive effects on enjoyment dimension. Besides, practical implications and further study recommendations are discussed.
