The tourism industry has recently been a fast growing industry, with an ever-increasing growth rate. Township’s are wanting to express individual distinguishing features to attract tourists. Businesses and their sponsors should put in lots of effort into create tourism industrial on management. In 1996, Tainan County Cultural Center held the first Pailho Lotus Carnival. It became instantly known as Lian Hsiang (Sweet Lotus Fragrant). Many other places, which also have Lotus areas, have used this original idea of a Lotus Carnival to attract people to visit their venue. Now, many different townships used the idea of the Lotus Carnival as a major attraction for their own Carnival. The original Pailho Lotus Carnival expansion will face increasing competition Therefore, industrial management innovation have been receiving more importance and merits further examination and discussion.
This research paper uses Pailho Lotus Carnival as an example. It examines the tourism industry, innovation (uses management as the major topic), festival, marketing (uses service marketing and tourism marketing as a major topic) with Pailho Lotus Carnival development history, distinctive characteristics and other references to do this research. This paper builds the basis for a thesis on the effects of the industrial management innovation on local development. It also surveys local lotus farmers and the festival’s sponsors.
The research presents the views of individuals in the industry of industrial management innovation, This research provides future personnel, in the field of tourism management, suggestions on how to come up with management. It also motivates other local tourist industries to rethink their marketing strategy and direction.
