Description
Summary:碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 93 === Firms are increasingly using information and/or knowledge creation perspective in establishing the foundation of knowledge sharing and creation during the NPD process. The authors propose and test a NPD team-level conceptual model and a series hypotheses regarding how knowledge sharing among NPD members is affected by team-based mechanisms of joint reward system (JRS) and members’ organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). They are also discussing whether perception of procedural justice toward rewarding mediates the influences of JRS on OCBs. The hypotheses will be tested using data collected from high-techfirm in Taiwan that new product development plays a key role: electronics, semiconductor, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries. It is expected that the empirical results of this study would provide some interesting and significant insights regarding the NPD team-level antecedents and consequences of knowledge sharing and creation.
