Certainly the luship behavior of the lu affects the formation type of corporate culture, therefore, this research also bring the corporate culture into the variable of being used as the interference organization results. This research configures with luship behavior is front place the variable, organization results is according to variable, knowledge management and management strategy is win lie the variable, the corporate culture carry on the substantial evidence for the interference variable. The understand is a result that leads the behavior influence organization results big, also or the luship behavior manages and conducts the strategy through the knowledge to affect to organize the results result greatly. And corporate culture to organize whether results exist the interference result or not. The past and related research regard industry field as the substantial evidence object mostly, this research choice banking, is because the banking belongs to the sex more special, is the service industry that the height is worth with the artificial core, the establishment of the operation, management strategy and the formation of the corporate cultures that manage with knowledge are all vitally related. This research sample depends on and would like to match with of bank contain three banks:The first bank (establish the longer bank in age), E. Sun Bank (newly arisen bank), Citibank ( the outside commercial bank makes), identify whether corporate culture will affect the organization results of the company or not, whether is to exist the interference result. Come to substantial evidence with the construction regression model method. Finally eacher bank at luship behavior, knowledge management, management strategy, corporate culture, organizational performance of difference. Substantial evidence result manifestation:(1) The knowledge management and management strategy in organizational performance of finance performance in the results nonexistent mediate result; And in organizational performance the results to extremely exist in the its non-finance performance results obvious mediate result. (2) Corporate culture for nonexistent interference result in organization finance in the results; And in organizational performance the results to exist the obvious interference result in the its non-finance performance results.
