| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 工業管理研究所 === 93 === The main goal of this study is to develop and construct a localized measuring model suitable for the task of making evaluations of R&D management effectiveness of high-tech enterprises in Taiwan. In addition to researching relevant literature on the subject, the steps involved in the construction of our measuring model will include some opinions consultation of the experts, scholars and practitioners in R&D management in Taiwan. Furthermore, focus group interview method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and questionnaire analysis method integrated by qualitative and quantitative methods will be employed. We will summarize the expert’s opinions, select the measurement indicators, and calculate the weight of dimensions and items. After finishing the construct of R&D management effectiveness model, the empirical study will reveal the reliability and validity of the measuring model of the present study. On these grounds, this study will provide many strategic suggestions for researchers and high-tech enterprises in Taiwan.
