Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所碩士班 === 93 === With strong business competition and quickly environmental changes, strategy selection is extremely important and indispensable. This thesis aims to construct a fuzzy-based decision support system for selecting marketing strategies. In order to achieve the above purpose effectively, the system provides the following functions:(1) Financial factor query. (2) A group assessment for reducing subjective judgment. (3) A fuzzy logic reasoning method for strategy analysis. (4) Choosing strategies to give manager a suitable advice. The FDSS system consists of a database, a fuzzy-based rule base, an inference engine, and a user-friendly interface. Furthermore, during the group assessment, 12 factors have been identified for strategy selection and classified in four groups-industry strength , environmental stability , competitive advantage and financial strength. Finally, to develop the system, JAVA combined with JSP and MySQL is used to generate various system functions.
