The unit of analysis are included students from 11 institutes of continue education in Taiwan. The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between education indicator and learning satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose, this study is comprised of three main contents. Firstly, literature reviewed relevant to the current situation of continue education, education evaluation, education indicator and learning satisfaction. Next, questionnaire was designed as research instrument to survey and collect data in order to analyze. Total 603 samples were effectively collected from 11 institutes of continue education. Finally, statistical methods were included descriptive statistic analyses, factor analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, regression analyses. The following were the primary study findings: 1. With learning satisfaction, there are significant difference in different genders and marital status. 2. Three categories of education indicator have positive effects on learning satisfaction. 3. About three categories of education indicator, among all the aspects, the most successful is qualification of teachers & teaching aspect, while the least one is policy & facilities aspect. 4. About learning satisfaction, the most satisfied is curriculum and syllabus design aspect, while the least one is administrative management aspect. On the basis of the study findings, ten points were suggested and made conclusions: the institute of continue education should provide good service and assistance according to student's characteristic, study's characteristic and student's background;three categories of education indicator are fit for evaluation indicator, the institute of continue education can refer to tree categories of education indicator to promote operating efficiency.
