Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 93 === Presently, the manufacture companies which produce air compressors for vehicles urgently need the escaping rate of the produce quality control examination can diminish greatly. This research study is to develop a PC-based testing system for examining the quality of the air compressors using vision, to develop it to supply the way to reduce products examination escaping rate for companies, to manage their products, and to trace those products with flaws.
This study elaborates on our initial achievements through this research, including: the solution of light source problem, the design of tire pump detent mechanism, the interpreting of image assistance in LCD and the numerical analysis of tire pump pressure gauge, the integration of operating system and the process image technology, the programming of operating system, and the interpreting of image and the time control of interface IO.
The interpreting of image in this research text includes: the tire pressure number of reaching 250KPA, the exceeding number of the tire pump pressure gauge and the timekeeper’s relief valve standard-sized sheet, the fully close number of pressure gauge’s relief valve, and the inaccuracy of pressure gauge from the exceeding tire pressure to 250KPa. In addition, this operating system is able to read the bar code on the tire pump, and keep track of the examinate; moreover, after the companies test online on the spot, it has already been proved that the operating system can reduce the bad product escaping rate to 1/1,1000.
