| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 93 === The Taiwan shoe-making industry have developed rapidly that this resulted machine instead of manual operation. Now, Taiwan has the glory of “kingdom of shoe-making” in the world and built up several great corporations of shoe-making, such as Pao-Cheng; Feng-Tai; and Ching-Luh etc.. But we review the Taiwan shoe-machine industry, it have developed about for forty years and rank an advanced position in the world. However, the shoe-machine of Taiwan still fall behind very much to compare with Italy and Germany. We study the causes, the most of Taiwan shoe-machine industry are host plant to operate in tradition that lack appropriate experience of operation and management and internationalization business, therefore, can not compete with huge factory in Europe and America. Thus how to reinforce operation and management and walking with big step of internationalization to raise the competition for Taiwan shoe-machine is most urgent. This thesis is a case study of a famous shoe-machine company of Taiwan to give an example, explain the process of internationalization of Taiwan shoe-machine so that to provide feasible suggestions.
