Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南管理學院 === 企業管理研究所 === 93 === Collaboration is network and is built because of the long-term goal between the enterprise and their employees, business partners, customers. The system works in the market and behaves in the form of simulated associated cooperation. Basically, the management of the supply chain is a method that used to solve the problem occurring between supply and demand. It integrates and disposes the information between and suppliers and the customers effectively and intensely, so the environment of supply chain is the best place for the implementation of the collaboration. The research integrates the measuring factor of the collaboration by the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard- financial, customers, process, learning and growth; furthermore, we integrate the categories of the collaboration in the supply chain with Quality House Method by Quality Function Deployment Engineering and the six categories are marketing, production, development and design, allocation, e-commerce and project management. We also decide the proportion by Quality Function Deployment Allocation and use the questionnaire by Quality House Method to integrate the thoughts of experts, then we integrate the results and study the relations between cause and effect and make the connection simulation of the four perspectives for Collaboration Balanced Scorecard by the system dynamic simulation software. We develop the strategic map of the collaboration and find the relations between the four perspectives by the QFD of Quality House Method. Then proceed to do the system dynamic simulation of the collaboration for the supply chain. As results, this research has six main outcomes; 1. Adopting the IDDM in the research simplifies the process of research and helps to develop the business strategic map and connect all relative aspects effectively. 2. Integrating the Balanced Scorecard and the Quantity House Method provides System Dynamic Simulation the index of cause and effect. 3. The ROI for the financial perspective is the aim of the collaboration and it is also the index to examine the collaboration and manages the achievement of the supply chain. 4. The definition of the collaboration: A network and is built because of the long-term goal between the enterprise and their employees, business partners, customers. The system works in the market and behaves in the form of simulated associated cooperation. There are three factors: a. More than two ones of the organizations, working partners or customers. b. The concrete or simulative network. c. A long-term cooperation for the same goal. 5. The measuring factors of the Balanced Scorecard can replenish the lack of the records and effectively develop the complete perspective which is a great help to the simulation. 6. The simulation of the system dynamic clarifies the collaboration of the supply chain and is helpful for the full observation. Through the research of feedback and delay due to the time passed, we can observe how it affects the system of the supply chain and find it’s behavior pattern which is the reference for the decision maker.
