Summary:碩士 === 高雄醫學大學 === 醫學研究所碩士班 === 93 === Purpose:High dose rate (HDR) remote afterloading brachytherapy is most used for brachytherapy, and most hospitals in Taiwai used the Nucletron microSelectron system with 10 Ci 192Ir source for brachytherapy. The dose calculation of brachytherapy are by the compute treatment planing,for Nucletron microSelectron system is the PLATO Brachytherapy - INSIGHT™ module system(PLATO), the dose calculation of PLATO is based on TG-43, this paper compared the result of TLD measurement with the calculation using the Sievert intrgral and TG-43. Material and method:Selecting TLD with Vraian 2100C LINAC, and check the tracts for source moving with the Kodak X-matV film, measurement the dose in different position with the TLD in specific solid water phantom, and calculation dose with Sievert intrgral and TG-43 . Result:The variation between the result of measurement and calculation with TG-43 are in 8%, but the result of calculation with Sievert intrgral have large variation up to 22% between the others, especial in the region near source, and the variation decrease with large radial distance . Discussion and conclusion:The variation between the result of measurement and calculation with TG-43 are in 8%.The underestimate of dose for Sievert intrgral might be due to the oblique scatting, and the influence of oblique scatting would decrease with the increase of radial distance. The most erro in this study is the shift of TLD positions and the source position .
