By monitoring VOCs and noise at the incinerator, and gathering environmental monitoring data in the past, it establish the data of the incinerator environment exposure. Simultaneously, working on checkout of physical condition of employees in incinerator and collecting the old date of their healthily examines, do the health aappraisal of the employee at incinerator. In the means of questionnaire survey, considering their duty, operational time interval, life style and so on other correlations factors of exposure, we do the exposure of employee at Metropolitan Solid Waste Incinerator. From three aspects materials, possibly have influence to health of employee at incinerator, make an preliminary harm appraisal, and proposes the suggestion improvement. In environment volatile organic matter examination, from the seep water district of the negative 13 meters trash, there are more than 40 kinds. Besides, in the organic water trough of waste water field, there are 14 observable kinds of volatile organic matter, in more complex types; all its density of volatile organic matter is much lower than the harmful standard air of the admissible laborer work environment. In the healthily examines, the age is the important factor of hearing unusual, but in the incinerator, there are many areas over 85 dB (A), possibly harms the staff hearing. Moreover, only 20% of the employee wearing the ear cover. In order to carry out the laborer safety and health management, the suitable way is to strictly request the worker wear the guards, and set up the regulations. Meanwhile, it is necessary to check the hearing of the worker regualarly. The BMI is a the dangerous factor of blood pressure ,blood sugar before the rice, and the fat liver, respectively. And the average BMI of employees inside the incinerator is equal to 24.9, higher than the standard 23. Therefore, we sugges that the incinerator should hold the health lecture course regularly and increase the cognition of employee health-care to prevent from the chronic disease. The unloading area, the leaking water region of negative meters garbage area , and the organic sink of waste water station all can measure sour etc. organic matter of the lemon, which may come from the cosmetics etc. material; at present there is no survey showing the bad influence of abandon cosmetics to the health of the employee of incinerator.
