Until now the technical development of wind force is combined with electric generator and already achieves the skillful technique of application. In this paper the developed chiller applies the mechanical work of wind force directly for freezing instead of the traditional energy conversion. It avoids the energy loss by the conversion processes between wind force and electric energy. The wind machine applies the technique with manual rotating for matching the direction of wind and its vanes capture wind with two directions, the faced and its opposite directions. After the combination with open-type reciprocating compressor the wind forced chiller is built. Moreover, it increases the working efficiency of wind and ignores the unstable property of wind. The strength of wind force influence only efficiency of the windchiller where the stronger windforce, the larger efficiency of windchiller is. The experimental results show efficiency of the windchiller for 20 %, which agrees to the pre-evaluation and achieves the high efficiency.
